Here’s a scan of a review we got from ZERO Magazine.

  • Who knew Redwood City was the home to one of the Bay Area’s most under the radar punk bands around? The FELDMANS are here armed with an arsenal of Ramones guitars and Dickies high-pitched vocals. This six-song EP is low-fi and snotty, but the music is so much fun, who cares? However, the FELDMANS have managed to add some variety to the mix. It’s a 17-minute CD, so the average song is nearly three minutes, and somehow it never drags on or becomes boring.
  • The Third track, “Graduate” is a masterpiece that punk fans need to hear. It sounds sloppy and crude, but it’s the perfect album for playing pranks, goofing off, and being an idiot. Much like Peter Pan on meth, this band of hyperactive brats will never grow up, but the world is a better place because of it. The FELDMANS should be given some love in 2006. The Frog Brothers would approve.

(Colin Kutch- Zero Magazine, February 2006, p.31.)

So you hear that? The WORLD IS A BETTER PLACE BECAUSE OF THE FELDMANS!

That means when we play a show for you, quite naturally, the planets will align, flowers will rain down from the heavens as you all-the-while stare in awe of our majestic, golden, rock-it-tude.

Here’s a comment on this picture regarding our cataclysmic stand in San Mateo via Boombox Records’ CEO KnickJim:

  • the next day they all woke up next to a big blue dumpster.. tommy was barefoot with straw in his locks, Leech ranked of vomit and wondered about his whereabouts… and finally JP got up off the ground that felt so soft the night before… he brushed his pants off, pulled a can of beer from his coat pocket, cracked it open drank a sip and walked home.

The FELDMANS Get Sponsored (Prt 1)

Thats right. We gone corporate ! Lead guitarist and recording empazario, TC Bonelocs has confirmed a deal with Parliment cigarrettes for a lifetime supply. There is no word whether Parliment will foot the bill for his or any of the other FELDMANS’ future first or second-hand cancer treatment.

In related news, Chris Heee will be launching his own line of clothing in 2009. Named, appropiately enough, “Heeee-wear” it will feature full page color ads in MaxiumRockNRoll with Chris modeling his signature Heeeee-man undergarments.

JP Slouch is rumored to be starring alongside Mandy Moore in the short film “Darth Maul Gets Married”. A heartwarming tale about a debauched lad from the suburbs marrying a Hollywood princess and the resistence and disbelief they receive from their peers.

Finally, Sydney Familiar will be running for mayor of Redwood City. His platform calls for the elmination of all shoe stores, the creation of new public parks wherever unoccupied business buildings stand and free ventriliquism class for everyone !

Note: 2 of these stories are true.
